With previous experience in the practice of law in Connecticut, and with over 12 years of government experience in legislation, advocacy, community partnerships and policy development & administration in the United States Senate, State of Maryland government and the Office of the Montgomery County Executive, Shu-Ping Chan has opened a law practice to provide legal counsel and advice to individuals, families, associations and growing businesses in the areas of estate planning (wills and trusts), immigration (family and employer based) and general business & association law.


Mr. Chan holds a law degree and a master’s degree in business administration, and is admitted to practice law in the states of Connecticut, Maryland and New York.
